Cancellation and Refund Policy 

This documents sets out a policy for refunding treatments that are prepaid.

Immunisation programme


  1. When you make an enquiry to Choice Healthcare about vaccinating your child with single Measles Rubella and Mumps vaccines, you are sent an information pack free of charge.

  2. The information will guide you as to what you have to do in order to obtain a MonoVac immunisation for your child.

  3. In order to proceed you will need to return the signed registration/consent form with your payment for the first vaccine, which is normally the measles vaccine.

  4. Choice Healthcare Services recommend that a course of all three vaccines is completed. Parents can opt for just one or two of the MMR separate vaccines. This exercise of parental choice will need to be confirmed in writing.

  5. At any time, either before or after consultation you, the parent may decline the line of treatment. You are under no obligation to Choice Healthcare Services to continue.  However once the registration form has been received and processed, administrative costs have been incurred by Choice Healthcare Services.

  6. Cancellations will be subject to a maximum 50% administration charge.

    If you decide that you no longer wish to continue with the programme, giving at least 24hrs notice, then Choice Healthcare reserves the right to deduct a maximum charge that constitutes 50% of the cost of the treatment. However in most cases a standard charge of £50.00 will be deducted from any amounts paid.

  7. If you, a parent, want to change an appointment by reason of your child becoming ill then the appointment can be rearranged at no cost.

  8. If you, a parent wish to change the appointment by reason of personal convenience, then Choice Healthcare Services reserves the right to deduct a cancellation fee of £15.00, especially when   cancellations becomes a regular pattern.

  9. Parents who give no notice of cancellation may be requested to pay the full amount of the cost for the vaccine. A vaccine may have been allocated and removed from the relevant cold chain on the patient's behalf. The vaccine transport policy indicates that where the cold chain cannot be guaranteed the vaccine must be destroyed. Choice Healthcare will have to recoup that cost.

  10. Every effort has been made to ensure that the prices and descriptions are correct at time of price list production. However, as manufacturers' specifications and prices change, Choice Healthcare Services Ltd reserves the right to alter or amend prices and specifications without prior notification.
