Director of Services
The Director of Services is responsible for ensuring that the highest quality of care is delivered within the guidelines stipulated by the Healthcare commission, Department of Health and companies House. The director of Services also ensures that all complaints are dealt with in a way that promotes customer satisfaction and improves the services delivered.
