Deborah Hartwell B.Sc., MCSP
Since becoming an athlete at the age of 11 and competing internationally for clubs such as; Canada International and Cambridge Harriers. Deborah has always taken an interest in the field of physiotherapy and Sports injuries and Rehabilitation. After graduating with a BSc (Honours) degree from the University of East London, Deborah has worked in a variety of physiotherapy settings. She began her career in the NHS, where she gained valuable experience in fields such as orthopaedics and Musculoskeletal Out-patients. Deborah has extensive musculoskeletal and sports injury experience gathered through both post-graduate training and clinical practice both in the UK and Canada. This experience has led to Deborah?s specialist interest in injury prevention and the treatment of musculo-skeletal disorders.
Raona Williams MSc, B.Sc., MCSP
Raona Williams became a physiotherapist after leaving a professional career as a biochemist in 2000. After gaining extensive experience in the NHS as a Physiotherapist treating all musculoskeletal disorder Raona now focuses on treatment of musculoskeletal disorders in the private sector. From a sporting aspect she has benefited from working with world class athletes such as British Olympic gold medallists, heptathlete Denise Lewis and heavyweight boxers such as Audley Harrison and David Haye. As a physiotherapist she has experience of working within various hospitals and outpatient rehabilitation centres in Britain, USA and Bermuda. Currently based in London UK, Raona currently offers modified Pilates training on a one to one or group basis and other fitness rehabilitation services at Central YMCA Club in Central London, where she manages a community based public health programme within the borough of Camden.
