Our Sexual Health Clinic takes care of all your sexual health needs, whether physical or emotional.
Everyone is entitled to have a healthy sex life free from anxiety and infection. At Choice Healthcare you will receive a caring and sensitive approach to all of your sexual needs without embarrassment and with complete confidentiality.

We are open to anyone worried about their sexual health or simply wanting to check up.
Your sexual adviser will offer you full sexual health screening, including:
- Information and advice on all aspects of sexual health
- Testing for genital problems and sexually acquired infections
- Cervical screening using the Thin Prep Pap Test
- Safer sex advice and information
- Referral to other services if necessary
- HIV rapid test and Hep B screening
- Infection screen includes HVS or Chlamydia, test alone, or any combination
- Emergency Contraception
- Pregnancy testing
Some tests are analysed while you wait, these results will be available for you before you leave. Other test results will be available within 72 hours.
Results will be discussed with you in confidence, not your sexual partner, GP, or parents, unless permission is given. A follow up appointment will be necessary to obtain your results. You do not need to be referred by your GP.
No need to be embarrassed if you have a sexual infection. Did you know apart from the common cold, STDs are probably one of the most common types of infection, but they can cause unpleasant and sometimes harmful effects?
It is now thought that HIV, the virus that causes AIDS can be passed on more easily if one sexual partner has any other STDs.
Most STD's can be treated successfully.
